The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. I will stay in this hotel at the next visit.

A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Spacious and quiet room with 2 queen beds and the bedside table, as example for US$ 112. Location so close to Jonesboro, AR, restaurants and shopping, and a safe area.

All good - we thoroughly enjoyed this good all round hotel - the food was delicious and the staff were best and competent. Location: the venue was just off restaurants and a safe area and Jonesboro. And it was within easy walking distance of Casa Maya, ate there couple of times.

The check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff cute us warmly. The complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and I appreciated the high-quality full-size bathroom amenities. I particularly liked how everyone seemed genuinely happy to help .

the room smelled like musty underarm deodorant and I asked for a quiet room and they put us in the last room in the hall by the outside entrance. Needless to say, the opening and closing of the huge, controlled-entrance door was obnoxious. A little pricey for a Hampton.

The bed was super comfortable, and the room felt nice overall. Loved the high-quality shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. There was this weird smell that my family noticed, kind of off-putting. It seemed like the room could use a refresh because some details were a bit outdated. The noise from the FedEx depot next door kept me awake at night, frustrating.

Our family had a fantastic stay with cozy beds and an amazing breakfast that had everything! We also loved relaxing by the beautiful outdoor pool and catching some sun on the loungers. The only downside was the noise from the hallway, but it didn’t spoil our fun, so definitely come and enjoy! 😊

Unfortunately, a noisy FedEx depot next door made sleep a challenge, with loud operations starting early in the morning and going late into the night, guessing this has been ongoing for a while. The room felt tired, with the vanity not properly secured to the wall, and some strange odors that might turn off sensitive noses. Breakfast options were limited, leaving me wishing for more variety, especially for someone watching their carbs. While it gets the job done, the experience lacked a fresh feel.
